RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I understand that eFoiling (electric hydrofoil riding) is an inherently dangerous activity that involves significant risks of serious injury, property damage, and death. These risks include but are not limited to: falls, collisions with the board, foil, or other objects, contact with the propeller, drowning, hypothermia, equipment malfunction, and injuries from marine life or water conditions.

I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with participating in an eFoil demo, whether known or unknown. I acknowledge that I am physically capable of participating and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the demo operator, SiFly, their representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence.

I agree to follow all safety instructions, wear the provided life jacket at all times while on the water, and operate the equipment responsibly. I confirm I am at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent).
